All orders are sent via Australia Post and as a result of their implementation of social distancing rules during processing, delivery times are impacted. Delays to our regular postage timeframes may occur. Some international deliveries may be redirected / significantly impacted.

We use Australia Post for all our shipping and charge a flat rate fee per order, with both standard and express options available as outlined below:

Once your parcel has been dispatched, your tracking information will be sent via email on the day the order is shipped.

We cannot guarantee the timeframes above. Particularly in the lead up to busy periods, such as Christmas. Please order early to avoid disappointment.
^Next business day delivery covers 80% of Australian business addresses, private addresses and Post Office Boxes. Additionally, effective 20 April 2020, Australia Post has temporarily suspended the Express Post guarantee of a refund and replacement envelope or satchel for articles that don’t meet the next business day delivery standard. Shipment outside of Australia do not include charges for additional handling, VAT, import tax/customs/duty fees. Please take these charges into account when placing an order as these are not included in the purchase or shipping price and you may find yourself with unexpected delivery costs on delivery. These fees are assessed directly by your own country and the actual cost is determined at their discretion. UK and Europe customers please be particularly aware of this.
The above timeframes are not guaranteed and delays may occur which are beyond our control. LettyCo is not responsible for parcels that are lost or delayed while in transit / being handled by Australia Post or other delivery services - we will trace your parcel on your behalf and do everything we can to locate your parcel, and lodge an investigation if required.

Please choose carefully as all sales are final and we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change of mind. If there is a fault with the item or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can get back to you as soon as we can to rectify the situation.
FAULTY / INCORRECT ITEMS
Our Fine Art Prints are quality checked before dispatch. However, in the unfortunate event you receive an item you believe is faulty or incorrect, we are terribly sorry for the inconvenience! Please send us an email within 7 days of receiving your order, including photo evidence of the fault or the incorrect item, along with your order number. Upon receiving your request we will treat it as a priority to find the best possible course of action for you.
RETURNS POLICY

RETURNS POLICY
We can offer you a replacement, exchange to another item of equal value (if the original item is no longer available) or refund your purchase via the original payment method. To be eligible, the item must not be used and must be returned to us (at the customer’s expense), with the original packaging and all packaging materials included. A receipt or proof of purchase must also be included.
Once we have received and inspected the item, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your replacement, exchange or refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
We recommend you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refunds (if applicable)
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit (of your original purchase including shipping fees) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain number of days.
Replacements / Exchanges (if applicable)
If you are approved for a replacement or exchange, we will ship the replaced / exchanged item to you via standard shipping at our cost. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged or replaced product to reach you, may vary.
International customers, please note, additional import tax/customs/duty fees may be incurred on delivery. This charge will be payable by you and is not refundable.

RETURNS POLICY
LATE OR MISSING FUNDS (if applicable)
Typically refunds take 5 business days to appear in your account. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company/bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Following dispatch, you should receive your order between 2-10 business days, depending on the location you live in Australia.
Do you deliver to PO Boxes?
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO Box address. Delivery must be to a physical address.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. For more information, including shipping options and costs, please see International Shipping under Customer Care.
What if something’s wrong with my order?
If you receive a faulty print or the wrong print has been incorrectly sent to you, please email us within 7 days of receiving your order, including photo evidence of the fault or incorrect print, along with your order number. We will contact you as soon as we can to resolve the issue.
What if I ordered the wrong print?
Unfortunately we are unable to cancel orders once it is placed. Please choose carefully prior to placing orders.

What materials do you use for Fine Art Giclée Prints?
Our Fine Art Giclée Prints are manufactured to meet the highest industry standards for density, colour gamut, colour graduation and image sharpness, while preserving the special touch and feel of genuine art paper. They are printed on white cotton artist's paper, wonderfully soft feel and lightly defined felt structure on matte 308 gsm 100% Cotton Rag.
What kind of printer and inks do you use?
Our suppliers use only the best materials, tools and techniques when they create our prints, by using the latest in software and hardware technology, in conjunction with over 35 years of experience. Our prints are printed using Epson Archival Inks. These are pigment inks and designed to maintain their colours for 100 years or more.
Will the Fine Art Giclée Print arrive ready to hang?
Our Fine Art Giclée Prints are delivered flat. They are packed in a sealable sleeve with backing board and rigid mailer, ready for you to frame and hang. Note: frame is not included.

CARE AND MAINTENANCE
How should I care for my Fine Art Giclée Print?
Handle your print only by the edges. The oil from your fingers can affect the PH of the paper and reduce the archival qualities. Fingerprints on dark areas will show up as sheen.
Avoid bending your print as a crease will be permanent.
Keep your print away from moisture, condensation and humidity.
If possible, allow a few days for your print to breathe and the inks to dry completely before framing. Select only archival (acid-free) frames. Wood frames treated with chemicals or paints can omit harmful gases that can attack the ink and paper.
Provided you keep your print free of dust, moisture and direct sunlight, it will last for many years.
